By visiting, viewing or using this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use that govern Stanford Consulting’s relationship with you in connection with this website.

The terms ‘Stanford Consulting, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Stanford Consulting, the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to you.

Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions, which may change at any time without notice.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

The following terms are used through these terms and conditions and have the following meaning:

Client means a registered user of the Stanford Consulting website that requests any one or more of the Services;

Fee means the price paid by the Client for Services, as published by Stanford Consulting and/or agreed between the Client and Stanford Consulting from time to time;

Services Request means a request for a Services made by a Client to Stanford Consulting on the Stanford Consulting website;

Proposal means Stanford Consulting’s document setting out the Services and the fee for same;

Services means providing the services specified in the Proposal, and any other services agreed in writing between Stanford Consulting and the Client from time to time;

Tax Invoice has the meaning given to it in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth);

User means any Client that uses the Stanford Consulting website.

USING THE WEBSITE

General

1. You can use the Stanford Consulting website to buy Services as set out from time to time.
2. You agree that your use of the Stanford Consulting website, and all Services booked through the Stanford Consulting website are subject to these terms and conditions.
3. When a Client accepts a Proposal from Stanford Consulting that creates an agreement between the Stanford Consulting and the Client on the terms set out in this Agreement.
4. Anyone over the age of 18 may use the Stanford Consulting website to request and book Services.

Features

5. The Stanford Consulting website enables Clients to:

• request and book Services with Stanford Consulting; and
• make payments to Stanford Consulting.

6. The Stanford Consulting website enables Stanford Consulting to:

• receive requests from Clients for Services;
• accept requests for Services;
• manage accepted Services;
• manage payments for Services completed.

Requesting Services

7. To book any one or more of the Services, the Client must submit a Web Form Request from the Stanford Consulting website.
8. The Web Form Request will be confirmed within 24 hours with a Proposal.
9. The Client will then accept the Proposal and the agreement is formed between the Client and Stanford Consulting upon the Fee being paid to Stanford Consulting.
10. If a custom package or service is required this will need to be requested by phone and will be confirmed by email by Stanford Consulting.

Undertaking the Services:

11. Stanford Consulting will undertake the Services to a professional standard. Where Services are not completed to a satisfactory standard (as determined by Stanford Consulting, at its sole discretion) then Stanford Consulting will rectify the issue at the earliest availability.
12. Stanford Consulting will ensure that the Services are performed with due care, skill and diligence in a professional and ethical manner and to the Client’s reasonable satisfaction.
13. The Client is to do all things reasonably necessary as requested by Stanford Consulting, to enable Stanford Consulting to provide the Services.
14. Stanford Consulting will liaise with and obtain instructions concerning the provision of the Services from the Client Contact from time to time.
15. The Client will do all things reasonably requested of it by Stanford Consulting, in a timely manner.
16. Stanford Consulting will comply with all reasonable guidelines, requirements and instructions provided by the Client concerning the provision of the Services. However, it is Stanford Consulting’ obligation to determine how the Services are provided.
17. Stanford Consulting will comply with all applicable laws concerning the provision of the Services and policies and procedures issued by the Client to Stanford Consulting, including but not limited to, laws, policies and procedures relating to occupational health and safety, discrimination and harassment, security and privacy.

FEES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

18. The Client shall pay Stanford Consulting the Services Fee for the Services undertaken by Stanford Consulting. Stanford Consulting will issue a Tax Invoice to the Client for the Services via the Stanford Consulting website and/or email. All payments for Services must be made through the Stanford Consulting website at the time of accepting the Proposal or Stanford Consulting can send an email with a link to pay via PayPal or provide bank account details for a direct transfer.
19. Stanford Consulting will provide a refund or credit for the Services Fee (as appropriate) where, by no fault of the Client, any of the Services are not performed or cannot be satisfactorily completed. Refunds will not be issued in any other circumstances except where required under law.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

20. The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without prior notice. This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties: email, contact details and address.
21. By viewing or using the Stanford Consulting website you accept these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions you are granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and use the Stanford Consulting website, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
22. You acknowledge that Stanford Consulting may issue a licence to any other user or users as it sees fit and without limitation.
23. Stanford Consulting may revoke or suspend the licence of any user in its absolute discretion for any reason that it sees fit, including, but not limited to, for a breach of these terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that the Stanford Consulting website is hosted by Stanford Consulting and as a hosted and managed service, Stanford Consulting reserves the rights to upgrade, maintain, tune, backup, amend, add or remove features, redesign, improve or otherwise alter the Stanford Consulting website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You hereby acknowledge that such information and materials may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude any liability for such to the fullest extent permissible by law.
